The bottom is coming soon

It seems that several local analysts see that Las Vegas and Henderson are getting closer to hitting the bottom in our local Real Estate market. For an in depth look please read Analyst sees LV home prices near bottom.
Once again this provides a perfect opportunity to begin investing in our local market as prices will not get much better than they already are. We have the unique opportunity of this decade to be able to purchase homes, rent them out, and have them cash flow positive. This feat was not possible in the past and may not be possible in the future, once the market comes back.
